 BENTOLAND delivers anywhere in Australia.

 Freight Options ?

To ensure that your order is received as quickly and safely as possible, we use Australia Post  and Fastway Couriers. If you would  like to provide special instructions for your delivery (eg. if  no one is home, leave at the front door), please  leave a comment with your order.

Express Post

Please let us know If you need your goodies in a hurry we are happy to express post, we will work out a quote for the extra postage.

 When can I expect my order?

 Shipping times vary according to product supply and delivery address. Where possible,  BENTOLAND  endeavours to dispatch your parcels within   24 hours of receipt of order (and payment). We will send  you a confirmation email when your package has been shipped.

 Approximate delivery times, from date of shipment:

• Australia (major centres): 1-3 business days
•  Perth 7-10 business days
• Australia (other areas): 5 - 10 business days

 During the period leading up tp Christmas longer delays are to be expected

 Please note that BentoLand cannot guarantee shipping times. 

Every parcel we send is trackable from pickup until delivery

If you give an "Authority to Leave", and the tracked parcel goes missing after delivery we cannot be held responsible.

Replacements and Returns Policy

• You may return any new, unopened, unwashed items, if in original packaging, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund
• The return postage charge is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded
• If you decide you would prefer another product instead of the returned one, you will be charged another $9.95 shipping fee
• If the item returned is damaged in transit or clearly has been used, we are unable to accept it and it will be returned to the sender
• A restocking fee of 6% of the order value will be charged on orders placed through Afterpay
• We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
• We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item
• Our products are guaranteed from manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase
• We do not guarantee against normal wear and tear, i.e. scratches, mould stains, tears, stains and fading. Although our products are tough and they are designed for children, they are not indestructible.
